We loved the charming decor, cozy atmosphere, and fine views from the terrace. Andrea.

The room we booked was soundproof and brand-new with a bunk bed, a balcony, balcony/terrace as described. The staff was best and pleasant.

the breakfast had a wide range of options and cheese and meats were fresh. overall it was lovely with balcony. the location was charming, just off bernina railwaystation, the train station and the historic center of tirano and old town and easily accessible.

Unique historical charm with modern amenities. The renovated buildings echo centuries of history while the terrace offers fine mountain views.

The approach from the train station can be challenging, thanks to the cobbled streets and a steep incline. Limited toiletries available might not suit everyone's needs.

The place had a family atmosphere. The rooms where lovely and impeccable and with bunk beds, a balcony plus Lego. Cheese and meats provided for breakfast was fresh.

They offered us airy and reasonably spacious rooms with a double bed, balcony/terrace plus bathroom. The breakfast with local products.

Andrea's hospitality made it special. The breakfast was amazing with homemade cake, and the cozy decor throughout was a treat. Just a heads up, the walk from the train station is a bit uphill, especially with luggage.

Staying at Ostello Del Castello was a good experience. Andrea, the owner, greeted me warmly and shared fascinating stories about the hotel's history. The charming decor reflected a beautiful blend of modern comfort and historical significance. My room was comfortable, with a great bed and a sparkling clean bathroom. Breakfast was so good, with local yogurts, croissants, and Andrea's good homemade cake. The short walk from the train station and fine mountain views added to the appeal. A minor inconvenience was the slightly tricky access to the hotel, particularly for those with mobility challenges, but it was manageable. This gem of a hotel provided a nice stay that I highly recommend.

The host was a bit helpful, but honestly, how hard could it have been to arrange better toiletries in the bathroom? The uphill walk from the train station is so unwelcoming, especially with a suitcase. I really expected a complimentary gesture for my troubles, but apparently, that's too much to ask. Almost left a good review, but just couldn't.

Take advantage of the serene garden terrace for relaxation after a day of exploring.

Ostello del castello is a charming hotel located close to the old town. The rooftop terrace offers amazing mountain views. Andrea, the owner, was attentive, helping us feel right at home. Breakfast was a lovely feast with delicious homemade cakes and a wonderful coffee machine.

This place was a perfect match for exploring Tirano, offering fantastic value for money. The cozy atmosphere and beautiful decor made our stay nice. Watch out for the uneven cobblestones when rolling your luggage in from the station.
